Word from our Coach – Think GREEN, Go GREEN – a little at a time.

word from our coach, go green

Global warming, climate change, pollution, deforestation; you have heard it all before. But how can your small actions have any impact in solving the world’s problems?

Mahatma Gandhi gave us the answer in these two quotes:

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world – that is the myth of the atomic age – as in being able to remake ourselves.”

mahatma gandhi

Gandhi is saying that by committing to making positive change in ourselves, and taking appropriate action, we are changing the quality of our consciousness. Every small action has an impact in the world. Although it may not be measurable in the grand scheme of things, it is still significant to you; in your unique, special life as you care for all that is around you.

‘Think GREEN. Go GREEN – a little at a time’ – This issue is filled with ideas and tips , so hope that you find them exciting and easy to bring into your life.
