DON’T WEAR A MOUSTACHE

THEN PUT YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND

By now you might have of heard of Movember. The month of November where men grow a moustache for
the entire month to support and raise awareness of men’s wellbeing.

We may ALL be guilty of perpetuating this misconception about men through our cultural beliefs and habituated ways of treating men.
In this Movember month we are challenged to self-reflect and change our ways to support all men, especially those we love.

To understand the importance and power of Movember CLICK HERE to watch a number of videos. This really is important, so why don’t you get a cup of coffee and sit down to watch what will leave you feeling enlivened, inspired, relieved, saddened, encouraged, self-compassionate, enabled, grateful and and and …

YOUR ACTION COULD SAVE A LIFE. YOUR CARE COULD ENRICH THE LIVES OF ALL THE MEN AROUND YOU.
