Draw on your courage, reach out, connect with the many other lonely people who are in need of your kindness.

Often in lonely times we need to offer to others what we most want ourselves – someone to connect with who can give us attention. How about finding places to volunteer in your community – like a children’s home, old age homes, the hospital, or any charity that is operational in your area. Even a lonely neighbor. Or, if that is too much of a stretch, how about even exploring some dating sites. You do not actually need to meet with anyone, it might just be fun setting up a chat for a couple of days.
